Products and Pricing
All products listed on Kitchen Heroes are subject to availability. We reserve the right to change product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability without prior notice. Prices are displayed in CAD and may include applicable taxes. Promotional pricing and discounts are subject to specific terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Some products may be shipped unassembled, and customers are responsible for assembly unless otherwise specified. Kitchen Heroes reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies or cancel orders arising from errors.
Payment Terms
We accept various secure payment methods at checkout. By placing an order, you authorize Kitchen Heroes to charge the provided payment method for the total amount, including any taxes and shipping fees. Payments must be completed at the time of purchase to confirm your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days and shipped via our trusted carriers. Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method and carrier. Once the order is shipped, tracking details will be provided. Kitchen Heroes is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, such as customs clearance, wrong shipping address, or carrier issues.
Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order. Kitchen Heroes reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing or product descriptions, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Return and Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and packaging, if applicable, within seven (7) days of the purchase date. Please note that all items sold on our website are final sales. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount. All returned items are subject to inspection to ensure they meet our return criteria.
To initiate a return or refund, please contact our customer service team at info@kitchenheroes.ca with your order details and reason for the request. Approved refunds will be processed within thirty (30) business days and issued through the original payment method. Customers may be required to return the item at their expense, and instructions for the return will be provided upon approval. Kitchen Heroes is not responsible for delays caused by external factors
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be canceled before they are processed for shipping. Once an order has been picked up / dispatched, it cannot be canceled. If you wish to cancel an order, contact our customer support team immediately. Refunds for canceled are subject to approval.
Warranties and Limitations of Liability
Kitchen Heroes provides all products and services "as is" without any warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits caused by delays, errors, or interruptions on our platform.
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized alterations to our products.
Special Circumstances
In rare cases where liability cannot be fully excluded, Kitchen Heroes may be liable for damages up to a maximum of $100 CAD, subject to applicable laws.

Price Match Policy
At Kitchen Heroes, we are dedicated to offering competitive prices to our customers. To ensure fairness and transparency, we provide a Price Match Policy for eligible products, subject to the following terms and conditions.
Eligibility
We will match the price of an identical product offered by a competitor under these conditions:
- The product must be identical in brand, model, size, color, and specifications.
- The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised, visible, and verifiable at the time of the price match request.
- The competitor must be a legitimate retailer, and the price cannot come from auction sites, third-party sellers, or unauthorized retailers.
Timings
Price match requests must be made before or at the time of purchase. Price match requests made after the purchase will not be accepted.
Shipping Fees
The price match applies only to the product price. Shipping fees, custom clearance fees, and taxes are not included in the price match and will be charged based on Kitchen Heroes' standard shipping rates.
Limitations and Exclusions
Price match requests are limited to one item per customer. The following products or offers, including but not limited to, are not eligible for price matching:
- Clearance, liquidation, or going-out-of-business sales.
- Limited-time promotions, flyers, flash sales, customized products, or buy-one-get-one offers.
- Prices that include additional discounts from loyalty programs, memberships, or coupon codes.
- Bundle products or items sold as part of a package deal.
- Competitor prices that include errors or typographical mistakes.
- Products sold by marketplaces (e.g., Amazon third-party sellers, eBay) or unauthorized retailers.
Proof of Price
To process a price match request, the following proof of price is required:
- A link to the competitor’s product page showing the advertised price and product details.
- For physical stores, a photo or copy of the competitor’s price tag or advertisement.
- The price must be current and verifiable at the time of the request.
Refund and Returns
Price-match products are final sales and are not eligible for refunds or returns.
Right to Decline
Kitchen Heroes reserves the right to decline any price match request, even if it meets the stated conditions, at our sole discretion.
